The car was serviced within the given time frame, and I received a video of the actual service via the technician. It’s just a shame that I sat in reception for two hours and never got asked once if I would like a drink. In fact in the end I asked !

The car was collected and returned to me but the service indicator had not been adjusted. I had to return the car (60 mile round trip) for it to be done. Very sloppy as all bmw/mini have this system.

My rear window wiper was replaced after it had been damaged and my vehicle was given a health check and valet. I felt that this was much more than just a routine repair and throughout my waiting time I was regularly offered a drink.

It was only for an MoT but I was given 5-star treatment (welcome, coffee, lift into town and pick up) and the car was beautifully clean when I got back into it. Importantly, the driver's seat had been returned to the position I left it in!

A recall system for the MOT does not operate. When I took my car in I was told that this was my responsibility. When the MOT was done it went for a wash. Some 45 minutes later I asked how much longer but the car was never washed and I went home.
